Our role is limited to understanding client requirements, assessing service needs, and facilitating introductions between clients and independent service providers. Agency Network does not execute, manage, supervise, or deliver projects and does not act as an agent, partner, or representative of any service provider.
All service providers associated with Agency Network operate as independent entities. Agency Network does not control or influence pricing, commercial terms, timelines, deliverables, or the manner in which services are provided. Any representations, commitments, or assurances made by service providers are their sole responsibility, and Agency Network makes no guarantees regarding their performance, capability, or outcomes.
Agency Network reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, decline, suspend, or discontinue any engagement, request, or access to its services. We also reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any processes, features, or services at any time without prior notice. Access to the platform or services may be restricted or terminated in cases of misuse, misrepresentation, unethical conduct, or violation of these Terms of Service.
Clients are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding their requirements, business details, and expectations. Clients are solely responsible for independently evaluating, verifying, and conducting due diligence on any service provider before entering into an engagement. All agreements, contracts, and commercial arrangements are entered into directly between the client and the respective service provider, without any involvement or responsibility of Agency Network.
Agency Network does not guarantee project success, service quality, delivery timelines, or business outcomes. While basic matchmaking or introductory support may be provided on a complimentary basis, certain optional or value-added services may be chargeable, with clear disclosure of applicable fees communicated in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agency Network shall not be liable for any disputes, losses, damages, delays, or claims arising out of or related to engagements between clients and service providers. All parties using the platform, including clients and agencies, are expected to act ethically, professionally, and in good faith at all times.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Agency Network’s services.
